- We Do not Accept return of any items that is used for Canine Artificial insemination due to health and hygiene issues, however, the device is backed with a 2 years direct Manufacture warranty, thus, if the Device is defected within the manufacturer warranty period, we will fix the device or replace it based on the Manufacturer technical department decision.
- Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of any defective item within the manufacturer warranty to us.
Please note:
- Buyer is responsible to learn the proper technique of preparing and handling the semen and the proper way to use the Device, however, we will send to the buyer all the info that can help him/her in how to properly use the device along with the device user manual.
