The first photo is for a  brake lever device which is being offered.  The 2-5 photos show how we adapted this item to assist a driver with left foot issues.  He is able to use this hand control to operate his rear brake. The item in photo one is what is for sale. It is a bargain, and support is available if you should make a purchase to guide you into building a similar set up for your kart or other needs to use the lever to control your brakes. THE GUY LOVES IT.
